These weiners are made with edible casings and have that deli-style snap in every delicious bite. You can generally

to lean venison to get the best flavor and texture. We can also add Cheese and Jalapeno peppers for a delicious all in one
snack to be enjoyed on your favorite cracker. You can generally expect to get 1.8# of Summer Sausage for each pound of venison.
Bratwurst is a fresh (not cooked) sausage made with lean venison and pork stuffed into natural casings, linked about 4/lb,
and packaged 5/pkg. Bratwurst is best when boiled for about 20 minutes in a mixture of beer and water with some onion tossed
in for flavor; then browned on the grill or in a skillet. On a bun with sauerkraut and mustard, Venison Bratwurst are hard
to beat. You can expect about 1.8# of Brats for each pound of venison.
Venison Smoked Sausage

Venison Ham and Canadian Bacon
Venison Ham is prepared from YOUR boneless hind legs by curing and smoking them to perfection. One leg may yield three boneless
pieces that can be cured. Venison Ham is fully cooked and delicious sliced for sandwiches or warmed to be served as a main
course as you would a conventional ham prepared from pork. This product is so tender and moist that most people that try it
for the first time do not believe that it is venison. IF you would like, the loins may be cured as Canadian Bacon. Venison
Ham is vacuum packaged.
Lean vension is cured, spiced, smoked, and fully cooked. Venison Pastrami is thinly sliced, ready for your deli sandwich
or reuben. Vacuum packaged in 1# packages. Yield: 1# Pastrami per 1# venison.
German-Style Bologna is made with lean venison, pork and a special blend of spices that will tantalize your taste buds with
